Warranty
All Aidan Gray products are distributed under the impression that they will
resold, but without warranty. Products are provided are first quality without
warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to,
the implied warranties of wholesaling and retail distribution for a particular
purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the products is
with you. Should the product prove defective, you assume the cost of all
necessary servicing, repair, or correction.
In no event unless required by law, will Aidan Gray be liable for damages,
including any general, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
the use or inability to use the products. All products that are required to be
installed by a licensed electrician, will hold no merit without documentation of
such detailed services rendered.
If any such situation occurs in which you, the buyer, feel Aidan Gray should
evaluate a situation, the liability falls on you to reach out to the appropriate
contacts to request an. In the event of a request for an appeal, there will be no
guarantee that Aidan Gray will warranty and/or replace the products. Requests
for appeals must be done in writing, whereas verbal conversations will hold no
merit.
