Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) EN
Q: What kind of swimming pools is this device suitable for cleaning?
A: This device is designed to clean swimming pools that have flat floors and no slopes up to
1100 sq.ft/100m².
Q: Will I need to replace the bottom roller brush? If so, how often should I replace it?
A: If the roller brush becomes damaged or overtly worn, we suggest replacing the brush.
Q: Do I need to use the ultra-fine filter?
A: The ultra-fine filter is designed to clean microparticles smaller than 3μm in the pool. When
the pool water is cloudy or there is significant visible debris such as stones, leaves, or sand,
we suggest using the ultra-fine filter. If the pool water is relatively clear, you can confidently
use the standard filter on its own.
Q: How should I clean and maintain the ultra-fine filter, and how often should I replace
it?
A: 1. After each pool cleaning, immediately clean the ultra-fine filter with a high-pressure
water gun, not a brush.
2. After cleaning, the ultra-fine filter should be dried and stored away from direct sunlight for
the next use.
3. To ensure optimal cleaning performance, it is recommended to replace the ultra-fine filter
every 4-6 weeks, depending on the cleaning frequency.
Q: There are water-based stains inside the device.
A: Each device is tested at our facility before leaving the factory. Some residual moisture may
be left behind but does not affect the working condition of the unit.
Q: Why does the device keep changing direction in the same spot? What should I do in
this case?
A: This action may occur under the following situations.
1. The device is repeatedly cleaning an area with small stones at the bottom of the pool. In
this case, there is no need to intervene. The device will move to clean other areas after
cleaning its current area.
2. The bottom trolley wheels are stuck and should be cleaned. Follow the steps provided in
the User Manual to clean the wheels.
Q: Why is there an alarm sound and a flashing red light?
A: An alarm will be triggered if the motor is stuck or malfunctions. You can lift the device out
of the water, turn it off, and manually rotate the bottom roller brush and the two rear wheels
to check if they are stuck. If they are stuck, clean the components before using the device
