A: 1) After turning on the device, short press the button to select Eco Mode
and put the device into the water. The device will clean the bottom of the
pool every 48h for one week for a duration of 45 minutes per cleaning.
2) The device may be left in the pool during the entire process and does
not need to be retrieved until the three cleaning cycles over one-week
are completed.
3) If the device is removed from the pool during the device's sleep
period (within 48h of inactivity) and the button is pressed to wake up
the device, the device will exit Eco Mode.
Q: Why did the device not complete 3 bottom cleanings in Eco Mode?
A: It is recommended to fully charge your device before using Eco Mode. Lf
the battery is insufficient, the device may not be able to complete the three
programmed cleaning cycles.
Q: Why does the device not achieve the expected cleaning effect?
A:1) The debris bin or filter may be clogged. lt is recommended to wash
these after each use to prevent debris from hardening in your device,
thereby affecting performance.
2)The roller brush or filter is aging, please replace it.
Q: Why does the device leak out garbage after being removed from the
pool?
A: Please check if that the water inlet cover at the bottom of the debris bin is
blocked by an object, as this may result in debris escaping the device. Please
