1. OutdoorUnit:Anefficientuseofenergyfromtheair
Utilizinganaturalsourceofenergy,theoutdoorunitextractsheatfromtheoutsideairandtransfersit
throughrefrigerant
pipingtosupplyheating.Installedasasplitsystemconsistingofanoutdoorcompressorunitandhydrobox containingthe
hydronic componentsoramonobloc systemwithasingleoutdoorunitcombiningboththecompressorandhydronic
components,DaikinAlthermadeliversanenergyefficientsystem,compactandeasilyinstalled.
2. Hydrobox:A“boiler”from
aheatpumpsource
Thehydrobox heatsthewaterthatcirculatesthroughlowtemperatureradiators,floorheatingsystemsorfancoilunitsand
providesdomestichotwater.Withoptionalcooling,thehydrobox hastheabilitytoreversethecycletoprovidechilled
water.
3. DomesticHotWaterTank:Forlowenergyconsumption
Availablein
twosizes,thedomestichotwatertankprovideswarmwaterprimarilyfromthethermalenergyfromthe
outsideair.Withspeciallyplacedsystemcomponents,aheatexchangerconnectedtotheheatpumpalongwith a
supplementalelectricalheatingelementtoboosthotwatertemperatureforanyadditionalwaterheatingneeds,warm
waterisalwaysprovidedwithmaximumenergyefficiency.
4. SolarConnectionKit:
Averagedoverayear,thesundelivershalfoftheenergyneededtobringdomestichotwateruptothedesiredtemperature
forfree.ByconnectingasolarboilertotheDaikinAlthermasystem,raysaretransferredintoheat
andstoredinawater
storagetank.
5. RoomThermostat:Forconvenienttemperatureregulation
Withthewiredroomthermostat,theidealtemperaturecanbeconvenientlyregulatedeasilyandquickly.
