Installing the Battery:
"HI, MED, LOW" buttons:
These three buttons are used to set the fan
speed as follows:
LOW=Low speed,
MED= Medium speed
HI=High speed
"OFF" button:
This button turns the fan off.
The " " button controls the light function.
(See note below)

Install 12V MN21/A23 battery (included), to
prevent damage to transmitter, remove the battery
if not used for long periods (Figure 21).
Restore power to the ceiling fan and test for
proper operation.

NOTE
FREQUENCY SWITCHES LOCATED ON THE
TRANSMITTER AND RECEIVER HAVE BEEN
FACTORY SET IN THE "ON" POSITION. PLEASE
ADJUST THIS SWITCH IN BOTH THE TRANS-
MITTER AND RECEIVER BASED ON THE BULBS
YOU CHOOSE TO USE.
IF YOU USE INCANDESCENT BULBS PLEASE
MAKE SURE THE LAST FREQUENCY SWITCH IS
SET IN THE "D" POSITION FOR FULL RANGE
DIMMING.
IF YOU USE CFL OR LED BULBS PLEASE MAKE
SURE THE LAST FREQUENCY SWITCH SET IN
THE "ON" POSITION FOR ON/OFF FUNCTION
ONLY.
