Warranty
• Inspect Upon Arrival: When your Airfoxx product arrives, check
immediately for signs that indicate shipping damage. If you notice damage,
notify the shipping carrier immediately and save the shipping carton for
inspection.
• 1 Year on Parts and Labor: Airfoxx Products, when purchased from an
authorized retailer are warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defect
in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of
purchases. Warranty is valid for products purchased and used in the US only
and used in compliances with the warrantor’s use and maintenance
instructions. Save your carton and receipt in case of return or warranty service
is necessary.
• To Receive Warranty Service: During the warranty period your Airfoxx
products will either be repaired or replaced, at the warrantor’s discretion,
without charge shipping fee will note be included and would be the
purchaser’s responsibility. For service or warranty call (877) 881-
FOXX(3699).
• Limitation: This limited warranty shall not apply to normal wear and tear to
the product, or if the product has been:
o Damage due to accidents, misuses, abuse, disassembly alteration, lack
of proper maintenance, corrosive chemicals, improper voltage,
unauthorized repairs, use of other than genuine parts and materials, fire,
flood, or neglect as determined by AirFoxx.
o The warranty obligation extends only to the repairs or eplacement of
parts found, upon Airfoxx products’ examination, to be defective.
