NOTE: The Home Ventilation Institute (HVI) does not currently have a sound test standard for remote mounted fans. As a result sound levels (sones) are not listed. In most
cases, a remote fan will be quieter than one mounted within the living area.
Benefits of Inline Fans
• Because the blower is remotely mounted, the noise is taken away
from the room, minimizing the sound generated from the unit
• Low profile inlet grills almost disappear into the ceiling
• Ventilate multiple rooms with a single unit by centrally locating
the power unit and then running ducting from the power unit to
the individual room inlets
