Warranty

Airbase Industries (ABI) insures this product meets the highest quality
and durability standards. ABI warrants, to the orginial retail consumer,
a Limited Lifetime Warranty this product is free from material defects
from the original retail date of purchase. This limited warranty is valid
only with proof of purchase on original receipt.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to defects that occur
directly or indirectly as a result of misuse, abuse, negligence or
accidents, repairs or alterations, or due to lack of proper maintenance.
ABI is not liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for
incidental, special or consequential damages incurred from the use of
this product.
To obtain service under warranty, the orginal, complete product must
be returned for examination by ABI or an ABI authorized service
center. Shipping and handling charges may apply. If a defect is found,
ABI will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product. This warranty
does not apply to common wear parts such as grips, inlet fittings,
triggers, chucks or collets. Excludes lifetime warranty for commercial
industrial use which qualifies for a 1 year limited warranty.
