Step 8d For PPPoE with Fixed IP address, enter the User Name and Password required to get online
and the IP address provided by your ISP, and click Next. Proceed to Step 9. You may need to include the
domain name with your user name.

Step 8e For PPTP, enter the values provided by your ISP and click Next. Proceed to Step 9.
