Chapter 5: Wireless Bridge Configuration

Wireless

bridging

is

used

to

set

up

an

independent

wireless

bridge

connection.

Since

wireless

bridging provides

a

mechanism

for

AP

to

collaborate,

it

is

possible

to

extend

the

basic

service

set

(BSS)

of

a standalone

AP

and

to

connect

two

separate

LANs

without

installing

my

cabling.

The

WH-5000A

model

support manual

bridge

function.

The

manual

bridging

function

in

the

WH-

5000A

allows

you

to

set

a

alternate bridging

configurations.
