Warranty

In order to be eligible for service under this warranty, within 45 days of discovering a
manufacturing defect that falls within the warranty period, please call 1-800- 285-0982,
between [8:00 AM and 5:00 PM PT], Monday through Friday, to speak with an
authorized representative of Coway. A claim file will be opened, and you will be
instructed where to send proof of purchase and the defective product. Returns must be
shipped by verifiable tracking number (FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority) to the location
specified by the authorized representative of Coway. Within 45 days of receipt of the
proof of purchase and the defective product, Coway will send you the repaired product
or a replacement product, or notify you that the warranty claim is denied and send the
original product to you. RETURNS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR MORE AFTER THE
CLAIM FILE HAS BEEN OPENED MAY BE REFUSED AND RETURNED AT YOUR
EXPENSE.
Additional Terms and Conditions
You must return the defective product in its original carton with the original packing
materials, including all accessories. You are responsible for all shipping, handling and
processing costs on the defective product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which
vary from state to state.
