Installing IrPrint on your Palm Device IrPrint provides printing capability (in addition to the standard beam commands) for Palm applications and allows you to print a weekly view of the calendar or Date Book application. Printing using IrPrint 4 Press the HotSync button on the front of the cradle. Note: If this is the first time you have performed a HotSync operation, a new user dialog box will appear. Enter a user name and click OK. The HotSync operation starts up. A message appears on the Palm device indicating it is connecting with the desktop computer. When the synchronization process is finished, a message appears on the Palm device indicating the HotSync operation is complete.

Printing using IrPrint 6 Tap the Menu icon. 7 Tap IrPrint in the menu. Note: If the IrPrint command does not appear in the menu, IrPrint does not support the selected category or view. 8 If printing the To-Do list, tap Today, Tomorrow, or All to select the records to print. The IrPrint Setup box appears. 9 Select from the available print options and tap OK. The printer’s LCD displays Connecting when it starts communicating with the device.
