3. Connect your computer peripherals to the USB ports on the office stand.
4. Connect a cable from your monitor to the HDMI port on the office stand. If your
monitor cable doesn’t have an HDMI connector, you’ll need to purchase another cable
or an adapter.
5. Remove the cover from the docking connector on the bottom of the T100 tablet. Store
the cover somewhere safe so that you can reuse it when you remove the tablet from
the office stand.
6. Connect the T100 tablet to the office stand by placing it in the office stand. Take care to
make sure that the docking connector pins in the office stand are correctly lined up
with the docking connector on the T100 tablet.
Mounting the tablet on a pole
1. Attach the pole clamp to the pole.
2. Attach the cradle to the pole clamp using the quick-disconnect connector.
3. Unlock the upper arms on the cradle using the slider on the back and lift the arms into
the upper position.
4. Insert the tablet into the cradle, bottom part first, guiding it into the two guides and
docking connector in the middle.
5. When the tablet is correctly seated in the cradle, push the two arms down until you
hear them click into place, indicating a secure lock.
Connecting to USB accessories
The T100 tablet has two USB Type Cports for connecting USB devices such as a flash drive,
scanner, printer, keyboard, or mouse.
Other types of USB devices may require drivers.
To connect a USB device, flip open a port cover on the bottom of the T100 tablet and plug
the device cable into the USB Type C port.
Connecting to Bluetooth accessories
The T100 tablet has embedded Bluetooth wireless technologya short-range wireless
communication technology that allows wireless data transfer and communication
between devices over a distance of up to 10 meters (30 feet).
Use the Windows System Tray, Windows Mobility Center, or Action Center to configure
Bluetooth wireless connections. Follow the instructions and options in the Bluetooth
application.
