• Type 1 is an AC/DC converter and a Junction Box,
• Type 2 contains provision for a battery backup supply if the main AC supply fails and the
capability of providing status information to Sitespan.
• Type 4 contains provision for a battery backup supply if the main AC supply fails and the
capability of providing status information to Sitespan.
• Type 4A is an AC DC converter with facilities to terminate the drop cable and NTUs.
Battery back-up is not supported.
