Inhalant Abuse. Breathing in vapor or gases to
reach a high or altered state of mind, commonly
called “Huffing, Sniffing, Bagging
or Dusting”. Inhalants are legal
and found in everyday products
like glue, paint and the refrigerant
gas (Freon) in your A/C unit.
Over 2.6 million children, aged
12-17 use inhalant each year to
get high. Special tools are required to
