14.8 Removing Reversing Valve coil
Remove the service front panel according to 1. 14.1.
Check to ensure that LEDs and display board are OFF.2.
Disconnect the RV connector from the main board.3.
Remove the RV wires from the cable holders along the 4.
electronics box.
Remove the fixing screw from the reversing valve coil and 5.
take the coil out.

14.9 Removing Expansion Valve coil
Remove the service front panel according to 1. 14.1.
Check to ensure that LEDs and display board are OFF.2.
Disconnect the EEV connector from the Cinco board.3.
Remove the EEV wires from the cable holders along the 4.
electronics box.
Pull up the EEV coil.5.

14.10 Removing Refrigeration parts
Refrigeation parts: Expansion valve, Reversing valve, high
pressure switch, etc.
Remove the refrigerant from the unit by a pumping 1.
machine via the 2 valves.
Note: open the valves gradually and leave them only partially
open for as long as the refrigerant exerts from the unit. Do not
open the valves fully as not to loose any oil.
Remove the service panels according to 2. 14.1 and 14.2.
Check to ensure that LEDs and display board are OFF.3.
Remove the part connector from the main board.4.
Remove the part wires from the cable holders along the 5.
electronics box and or the partition.
Remove the part from its pipes using burner.6.
Removing EEV assembly
14.11 Removing Compressor
Remove the refrigerant from the unit by a pumping machine via the 2 valves.1.
Note: open the valves gradually and leave them only partially open for as long as the refrigerant
exerts from the unit. Do not open the valves fully as not to loose any oil.
Remove the service panels according to 2. 14.1 and 14.2.
Remove the side and top panels according to 3. 14.3 and 14.4.
Check to ensure that LEDs and display board are OFF.4.
Take out the insulation surrounding the compressor and the cover.5.
Remove the compressor electrical cover. Use flat screw driver if required.6.
Remove the compressor wires from the terminals.7.
Remove the compressor wires from the cable holders along the partition and secure the wire 8.
on the top of the unit to avoid its burning by the burner.
Disconnect the suction pipe from the compressor.9.
Disconnect the discharge pipe from the compressor.10.
