14.13 Removing main boards
Remove the service panels according 1.
to 14.1 and 14.2.
Check to ensure that LEDs and display 2.
board are OFF.
Disconnect all connectors from the 3.
main boards.
Squeeze the spacers head with Long-4.
Nose Pliers and pull out the board.
Note: It might be easier to remove the
main board panel first and than pull out the
board from its spacers.
Notes for re-assemble the main board:
Make sure to connect all the connectors 1.
into the right locations. If incorrectly
connected, malfunction or damage to
the electrical parts may occur.
Hold the wires to the cable holders.2.
Ensure to set all the dip switches to the 3.
same configuration as the original. Removing main board
14.14 Removing Electrical assembly
Remove the service panels according to 1. 14.1 and 14.2.
Remove the side and top panels according to 2. 14.3 and 14.4.
Check to ensure that LEDs and display board are OFF.3.
Disconnect the following connectors from the main board: RV, thermistors, HPS,LPS and EEVs.4.
Un plug the compressor electrical wire.5.
Un screw the chock terminals.6.
Remove the screws fixing the electrical box to the front fan panel, the partition and the side 7.
cover.
Pull up the box.8.
Notes for re-assemble the Electrical assembly:
Make1. sure to connect all the connectors into the right locations. If incorrectly connected, malfunction
or damage to the electrical parts may occur.
Hold2. the wires to the cable holders.
