TONE control
Turn to adjust the tone. Normally, set the TONE control to center
position.
FUNCTION switch
Slide to select the function.
U model: POWER OFF, TAPE/RADIO/CD
LH model: POWER 6 STANDBY, TAPE/RADIO/CD
VOLUME/AUTO LOUDNESS control
Turn to adjust the volume.

Slide to select a band.
Tuning scale
OPE/BATT indicator
Lights during operation. Becomes dim when the batteries wear out.
REPEAT indicator
Flashes during one-track repeat play and lights during all-track
repeat play.
TRACK display
Indicates the track number of the disc.
■ STOP button
Press to stop CD play.
Ml PLAY/PAUSE button
Press to start CD play. Press to pause and resume play.
Cassette holder
REPEAT button
Press to repeat CD play.
«◄/►M SKIP/SEARCH buttons
Press to search for the start of a track or locate a desired passage
on a disc.
