SETTING THE VIDEO CHANNEL -% D. ❑ If this unit is connected to the TV via the supplied antenna cable, the video channel will have to be set. The RF converter changes the video and audio signals played back from the video ta~eto the same tv~e of sianals used for TV broadcasts. Set the RF converter to VHF chan~el 3 or ~, not employed for broadcasts, with the CHANNEL selector on the rear of the unit. ON SCREEN DISPLAY (OSD) MENU SYSTEM Timer programs, clock setting, and other set up operations are done using an on-screen display (OSD) menu system which guides you through each step. With the main unit turned on, use the remote control to access the various menu screens. Preparation Have the TVon and tuned to the video channel or video input mode. (See page 22.)
