You can control all of the functions of the unit with the infrared remote
control. Buttons with the same name as the main unit have the same
function.
(j) COUNTER CLOCK button
To select the tape counter or the time display.
@ INDEX ERASE button (o)
To erase an index signal on a tape.
@ INDEX MARK button

To mark an index signal on a tape.
@) SUMMER TIME button
To adjust to summer time.
@ CANCEL button
To clear a timer program setting,
@TAPE SPEED button
To select the recording speed of the tape.
@ Automatic tracking button (A-TR)
To have the tracking adjusted automatically.
@ TRACKING buttons (- +)
To adjust the tracking manually.
To adjust the stability of a still picture. (Only for the tape recorded using
MESECAM signals)
@) POWER button
@ TV/VCR button
To select the TV or VCR mode.
@ Channel number buttons (O - 9)
To select channels numbers directly.
@ Channel button (CH)
To set channels after they have been selected directly.
@ COUNTER DISPLAY button
To display the tape operating indication, channel number, tape
counter and cassette-in indicator on the TV screen.

To cyclically select preset channels.

To reset the tape counter to zero.

Cursor buttons (< > AV)
To set and enter items in the OSD menus.

To enter the timer standby mode.

To select the number of index signals for which to search.

To activate the counter memory function,

“LINE”: To record through the AUDIO IN and VIDEO IN jacks.
Channel number: To record through the internal tuner.

Recording/quick timer recording buttons (0 REC/QTR)
To start recording. Press the two buttons simultaneously.
To enter the QTR mode, press the button twice.
