NEW OS UPDATE MECHANISM
Pressing SYSTEM / OS now shows this screen:
The original USB option is retained if you prefer to continue updating your DPS24 over USB using
OS Loader , - operation is exactly the same .
However, you also now have the option to update your DPS24 OS from any connected drive - any
valid drives will show up in the Upgrade Device field (including Internal CD, SCSI and HOST drives).
Update is performed in the usual way except that now you have the option to browse the contents
of the selected drive to select the OS you want to upgrade to.
Select the drive where your OS is stored and use BROWSE to navigate your way to it.
Once the OS selected, press UPGRADE - the new OS will be loaded into the DPS24’s FlashROM.
