General Safety Instructions Read this manual thoroughly before first use and keep it in a safe place for future reference, along with the completed warranty card, purchase receipt and carton. The safety precautions enclosed herein reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury when correctly adhered to. • Environment: Do not use this product where it is excessively hot, cold, dusty or humid, or where it is exposed to strong magnetic fields, mechanical vibrations or long periods of sunshine.

Any modifications could void the warranty. • Packaging: Plastic packaging materials can be a suffocation hazard for young children and babies. Getting Started Before First Use • Unpack the product but keep all packaging materials until you have made sure your new mobile phone is undamaged and in good working order. Plastic wrapping can be a suffocation hazard for babies and young children, so ensure all packaging materials are out of their reach. • Unwind the charger cable to its full length and inspect it for damage. Do not use the charger if it or the cable are damaged.
Instructions Basic Operations Turning On • Press and hold the End/Power [ ] button to turn on the mobile phone. Display Screen • Shortly after the phone is turned on, the screen will display several icons indicating signal strength, SIM card(s) in use, sound mode, Bluetooth connection, keypad lock, battery status, date, time etc., as illustrated on the right. • The screen will turn off automatically after a period of inactivity. Press any button to reactivate the screen.
Instructions (Cont.) Names • Press the Right selection button to quickly access the Contacts. Making a Call Use the number buttons to dial the phone number you want to call including country and area code if necessary, then press the Call button. You will be prompted to select which SIM card you want to make the call on. Answering a Call • When you are receiving a phone call, press the Call button to answer. Ending / Rejecting a Call • Press the End/Power [ ] button to end or reject a phone call.
Instructions (Cont.) Call Waiting • Call waiting is a network dependant feature. After this function is activated, your phone will notify you when you have an incoming call while you are on another call. Access this feature via the Menu> Call Settings> SIM 1/2> Call Waiting. (Charges may apply for this service.) Menu Operation When the screen is unlocked, “Menu” will be shown on the bottom left corner of the display screen and “Contacts” will be shown on the right corner.
Instructions (Cont.) Contacts Enter the “Contacts” menu and access the phone storage and SIM card storage options. Both storage options are suitable for storing your phone contact details. • Q uick Search Quick Search contacts by entering the first letter of the contact name and then select the desired contact from the options displayed. • N ew Choose this option to add new names to your contact list. You can save new names to the phone storage or the SIM card storage.

Messages • Enter the “Messages” menu to send text messages to other phones and to manage your Voice Mail box. • W riting a Message Enter this sub-menu to write a new SMS or MMS and select options for template use, adding contact info and input method (for example, by capital letter, small letter, numbers etc.). New MMS: Enter details (phone number or email address) for the recipient of the message, the multimedia attachment, subject and message content.

Use the Option menu to change the settings of your video recorder. • Audio Player Select this option to play music through the Audio Player. • V ideo Player Select this option to watch your videos. Open the video player to view all video files and then select options from the submenu including Local Playlist, Settings, Repeat, Shuffle and View Video Details. • FM Radio Under this menu you can listen to FM radio stations.
Instructions (Cont.) • A larm Under the Alarm menu you can set three different alarms. You can edit alarms, turn them on/off, change alarm time and set repeat options. • B luetooth® Wireless Technology This phone supports Bluetooth Wireless Technology. Enter this submenu to connect your phone to other Bluetooth enabled devices. On your phone, set the Bluetooth connection to “On” (Power) and follow the prompts to search for new devices and view paired and connected devices.
Instructions (Cont.) • O ptions - Home page Use this menu to go to the selected Home Page URL. • O ptions - Settings Here you can set up the WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) server for each SIM card, set a default home page, change your font size and restore your Internet Settings to the Factory Default Settings. • O ptions - Exit Exit Settings and return to the Main Menu. Settings Enter the “Settings” menu to set and change your device settings.
