From the main screen, highlight the MIDI eld and

select the appropriate MIDI output and channel.

Now, highlight the 'PC' (Program Change) eld. Default

for this eld is 'OFF' – no program changes are sent.

Use the DATA wheel to change the PC settings.

The rst selection after 'OFF' is 'Seq'. This allows

Program changes that have been recorded into the

sequence to send PC commands.

The following selections are numbers from 1 to 128.

These allow manual selection of the corresponding pro-

grams on an external MIDI device.

If your external device stores programs in multiple

banks, press [WINDOW] in the 'PC' eld for further

settings.

In the following screen, highlight 'Bank select' and

change it to 'YES'. You will now be able to change

program banks from the 'MSB' (most signicant bit)

and 'LSB' (least signicant bit) elds. If you do not know

which type of BANK SELECT messages your external

device responds to, consult the device’s user manual

and /or MIDI implementation chart.

n To change presets on an external MIDI device, do the
