Kitchen Faucet Warranty

AKDY Kitchen Faucets are designed and manufactured to the highest standards in quality

and durability set-forth by AKDY Imports, LLC. (“AKDY”). AKDY warrants to the original

purchaser, for a lifetime of normal indoor residential use starting from the initial date of

purchase, that the faucet covered under this warranty is free from defects in materials and

manufacturing workmanship. The warranty is not transferable to a subsequent owner.

Mechanical components such as spray head assembly (includes engine, aerators, structure,

restrictors, back flow preventers, sprayer hoses, braided supply line hoses, etc.) are

warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal usage for a

period of one (1) year under this warranty. AKDY further warrants mechanical component

(cartridge) to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage for a

period of five (5) years. The warranty commences from the initial date of purchase by the

original owner.

Reported and proven defective product, used solely in a residential application and installed

in accordance with the AKDY installation instructions, will be covered by this warranty for

repair or replacement of equal value.

All incidental or consequential damages are specifically excluded.

AKDY reserves the right to examine the product in question, prior to repair or replacement.

Domestic shipping charges are covered for the first (1) year of the warranted replacement

part or product. HI, AK, and Puerto Rico additional shipping charges may apply; International

shipping fees are not covered.

What is not covered:

1. Any damages caused by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, physical deposits,

exposure to corrosive materials, installation or operation error, unauthorized alteration

and repair, or use of cleaners not in compliance with recommended instructions,

whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself.

2. Normal wear and tear

3. Obsolete, discontinued or display products, whether the product is purchased at

unauthorized seller, online or on clearance.

4. Labor costs or any other costs associated with the removal or reinstallation of said

product.

5. Any complimentary accessories included with purchase.

AKDY shall not be liable in case of incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use,

delay, or property damage as specifically excluded.

Limited Lifetime Warranty For industrial, commercial and business uses, AKDY covers the warranty and its terms for One (1) year from the date of purchase. As some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on the length of warranty, the above limitations or exclusions may vary from state to state.
