Limited Lifetime Warranty

Warranty Terms

AKDY Kitchen Sinks are designed and manufactured to the highest standards in quality and

durability set-forth by AKDY Imports, LLC. (“AKDY”). AKDY warrants to the original purchaser

for a lifetime of normal indoor residential use starting from the initial date of purchase, that

the product covered in this warranty is free from defects in materials and manufacturing

workmanship. The warranty is not transferable to a subsequent owner.

Reported and proven defective product, used solely in a residential application and installed

in accordance with the AKDY installation instructions, will be covered by this warranty for

repair or replacement of equal value.

AKDY reserves the right to examine the product in question, prior to repair or replacement.

Domestic shipping charges are covered for the first (1) year of the warranted replacement

part or product. HI, AK, and Puerto Rico additional shipping charges may apply; International

shipping fees are not covered.

What is not covered:

1. Any damages caused by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, physical deposits,

exposure to corrosive materials, installation or operation error, unauthorized alteration

and repair, or use of cleaners not in compliance with recommended instructions,

whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself.

2. Normal wear and tear

3. Obsolete, discontinued or display products, whether the product is purchased at

unauthorized seller, online or on clearance.

4. Labor costs or any other costs associated with the removal or reinstallation of said

product.

5. Any complimentary gifts included with purchase.

AKDY shall not be liable in case of incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use,

delay, or property damage as specifically excluded.

For industrial, commercial and business uses, AKDY extends the warranty and its terms for One

(1) year from the date of purchase.

As some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages

or limitations on the length of warranty, the above limitations or exclusions may vary from

state to state.

Limited Lifetime Warranty Except as provided by law, this warranty excludes all other warranties, conditions and guarantees, whether expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without restriction those of merchantability or of fitness for use. AKDY reserves the right to change, modify, and/or update the warranty policy at any time.
