Wine Cooler Features & Use Temperature Adjustments It is recommended that you install the wine cooler in a cool and dry environment free of temperature fluctuations. If the ambient temperature is above or below recommended operating temperatures, the performance of the unit may be affected. Placing the unit in extreme cold or hot conditions may cause internal cabinet temperatures to fluctuate and prevents proper cooling. The stated temperature range may not be reached.
