Tools and assembly parts

1. Read the more detailed manual included in the box if you are unsure about any of the steps in this guide.

2. The pictures in this this guide may not look like your chair but the instruction is same regardless of model.

3. Verify all parts before assembly.

4. Do not use chair unless all bolts and screws are tight. At least every six months check all bolts and screws to en-

sure they are tight.

5. Do not use this chair as a step stool/ladder.

1. Lumbar support cushion.

2. Head support cushion.

3. Side covers (Type A).

4. Wheels.

A. 8 x Lock washers (pre-mounted)

B. 8 x Washers (pre-mounted)

C. 1 x 20mm M5 screw

D. 8 x 30mm M6 screw (pre-mounted)

E. 2 x 45mm M5 screw

F. Hex keys / 1 x 5mm / 1 x 6mm

5. Five star foot base.

6. Side cover (Type B).

7. Backrest.

8. Gas lift

9. Gas lift cover

10. Seat mechanism

11. Seat
