AKRON PRODUCTS LIMITED WARRANTY
Akron Products Limited Warranty; warrants to the original purchaser
that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship
under normal use and service for one year from the date of purchase.
Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement
of any defective product and we shall not be liable for any consequential
damages. The original purchaser may return any defective product to
the place of purchase or the manufacturer for replacement without
charge. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties,
express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and
fitness for use, and we neither assume, nor authorize any other person
to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our
products.
