16.2. Client Certificate Setting
Certificates can ensure communication integrity and privacy when deploying
Akuvox door phone. So, when the user needs to establish SSL protocol, it is
necessary to upload corresponding certificates for verification.
Web Server Certificate: it is the certificate that sends to clients for
authentication when clients require an SSL connection with Akuvox door
phone. Currently, the format of the certificate can be accepted by Akuvox door
phone is *.PEM file.
Client Certificate: When Akuvox door phone Phone required an SSL
connection with servers, the phone must verify the server to make sure it can
be trusted. and the server will send its certificate to the Akuvox doorphone.
Then the door phone will verify this certificate according to client certificate list.
