2.3.1 Child safety device
The drill hole (5 mm) at the motor safety switch is
intended for a padlock*. The padlock prevents
the appliance from being started inadvertently.

2.5 Scope of supply
The rechargeable battery hedge trimmer is de-
signed for operation with the B50 Li battery (Art.
No. 113559). This rechargeable battery and a
charging unit are not included. The rechargeable
battery hedge trimmer, rechargeable battery and
charging unit can be purchased as a complete
set (Art. No. 113634).
