MODEL PARTS INFORMATION
Hydraulic Supply Types (Option)
1. Internal Tractor Hydraulic Supply used. Tractor Pumps
A. Uses aTwo Spool Valve for the Operation of Hydraulic Cylinders and a
serprate One Spool Valve for the Cutter Motor Control.
B. These controls were usually Closed Center Type, But there are kits to
convert them to Open Center Type Control Valves.

Loader / Tractor Hydraulic Supply used. Tractor Pump or Add on Loader Pump.
A. Uses aTwo Spool Valve for the Operation of Hydraulic Cylinders and a
One Spool Valve for the Cutter Motor Control.
B. These controls were usually Closed Center Type, But there are kits to
convert them to Open Center Type Control Valves.

PTO Mounted Aux Pump Hydraulic Supply used. 540 RPM PTO Only
A. Uses a Three Spool Valve for the Operation of Hydraulic Cylinder and
Cutter Motor Control. (two spools operate Cylinders & one Spool
operates Motor Control.)
B. These controls are Open Center Type and were not available as Closed
Center at all.

Front Engine Mounted Aux Pump Hydraulic Supply used.
A. Uses a Three Spool Valve for the Operation of Hydraulic Cylinder and
Cutter Motor Control. (two spools operate Cylinders & one Spool
operates Motor Control.
B. These controls are Open Center Type and were not available as
Closed center at all.
C. Before May 1989 the Pump used a Governor to limit the Flow to 8 GPM
and Pump was design to run 1200 RPM (Engine Speed) , But because
many operators wanted to exceed this speed the Governor had to be
used.
D. After May 1998 this system was redesigned to a match tractor engine
RPM (Speed that is reguired to run PTO at 540 RPM), Earlier they were
controled with a Flow Governor. The Flow Governor was not Used after
May 1998 and there were two different Pumps offered, one was for 1800
to 2100 RPM and the other was for 2101 to 2500 RPM. See previous 3
