ALA MB100 User Manual
This training is a simplified version of the training mode; you only need to wear the
CS004 to start performing training.
After pressing the E button to select the music function as needed, directly enter the
training screen.
After entering the training screen, press the A-C buttons up and down selection; there
are a total of three goal settings: [Target Kcal], [Target ime], [Target HR Zone].
