Setting/System/Format
• After entering settings, press the A-C buttons up and down selection to select
System [System] and press the E button to enter.
• After entering System [System], there are three options: [Sensor Pairing], [Format],
[About].
• Press the E button to select [Format], and then select [YES] to confirm the
selection, then the formatting screen will appear; when completed, it will return to
the [ALA COACH] screen.
