Important safety introduction
• Keep product on a flat, stable surface.
• Do not use near stove or other sources of fire.
• Place heavier objects on lower shelves for stability.
• Place observe weight tolerance and do not over
load product.
• Place objects inside or on product for even weight
distribution.
• Please check that screws are properly tightened
after installation. Screws may loosen over time, re-
tighten as needed.
When moving products:
• Remove all items and lift evenly from both sides.
• Keep hands and fingers clear of shelves to avoid
pinching or scratching when moving products.
For safety:
• Do not allow children to plat with product.
• Do not lean on product or exert strong force such
as pushing, climbing, or shaking.
To avoid damage to product:
• Keep away from direct sunlight or high humidity.
• Wipe away any water, oil, or soap immediately.
• Do not place hot or wet items on the product.
• Do not place stickers or tape on product.
Cleaning & Care
To maintain high performance of the product, please make
sure to observe the following
• Use a cloth, water and commercially available
detergent for cleaning.
• Wipe with a damp soft cloth and mild kitchen soap,
wash with damp cloth and dry thoroughly
• Do not use cleaning products such as alcohol,
gasoline, bleach or detergent powder
• Rub all parts dry with a lint-free cloth.
• The color may fade because the product is exposed
to UV radiation.
• Pillowcase is washable.
Storage
• When not in use and in winter, the item must be
stored in a dry, well-ventilated place.
• If you use the product again after storage, check it
for damage.
Warranty
The seating group was produced with great care and
under constant control. You get a one-year warranty on
the seating group from the date of purchase. Please
keep the receipt. The guarantee does not apply in the
event of inadequate or even neglected maintenance
and / or incorrect operation of the seating group
Furthermore, the warranty does not apply to wear
parts (such as cushions or similar) and signs of wear
(such as color changes or scratches on the plate).
The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes
to the design without restricting the technical
properties and performance of the seating group. The
manufacturer is not responsible for changes that the
user makes to the seating group.
If you have any complaints, please contact the
manufacturer. The warranty period is not extended by
any repairs due to the statutory warranty or goodwill.
This also applies to replaced and repaired parts. After
the warranty has expired, repairs are chargeable.
Please note that
• We generally accept no liability for damage caused
by improper use of the seating group. Correct use
of the seating group is the sole responsibility of the
user.
• The seating group is only intended for private use
and must never be used commercially.
• Violations, changes to the seating group or the use
of parts that have not been tested and approved by
the manufacturer can result in unpredictable
damage. These are therefore outside the legal
guarantee.
• Defects and / or damage to the seating group must
be reported to the manufacturer immediately, but
no later than seven days after the date of purchase.
• Color fading is normal and is not a reason for
complaint.
• Damages caused by improper use (such as rain,
storms, exceeding the specified load capacity, etc.)
are never regulated. The manufacturer reserves the
right to charge any costs such as working hours,
freight / transport costs, packaging costs or the like
for complaints to the buyer that cannot be
complained about. Before submitting a complaint,
please clarify with the manufacturer whether there
is a warranty claim in order to avoid any costs.
