Battery Charging

To charge your radio, carefully follow these instructions:

• Connect the power adapter to the mains power supply and

connect the adapter DC jack to the desktop charging cradle.

• Disconnect any radio accessories and ensure, that the radio is

switched off.

• Insert the radio into the desktop charger until contacts will connect.

The charger LED will glow red and charging will start. If the charger

LED blinks red and green or the charger LED does not light,

re-insert the radio into the desktop charging stand.

• The battery charging time is typically 4 to 5 hours. When the battery

is fully charged the charger LED will turn green.
