Section 2.1033 (c)(3) INSTALLATION AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
A copy of the installation and operating instructions to be furnished to the user. A draft copy of the
instructions may be submitted if the actual document is not available. The actual document shall be
furnished to the FCC when it becomes available.
Response
The response to the above requirement on the 1900 LTE RRH 2x60W Distributed Base Station, submitted
in the FCC Class II Permissive Change certification application under the AS5ONEBTS-27 which was
granted on December 10, 2012, is still valid.
