Introduction
Thank you for choosing an Alcatel-Lucent phone.
This document describes the services offered by the SIP Business range desk phones connected to an
OmniPCX Enterprise system in SIP Business mode.
The SIP Business range is composed of the following desk phones:
• Alcatel-Lucent 8028s Premium DeskPhone (8028s).
• Alcatel-Lucent 8018 DeskPhone (8018).
• Alcatel-Lucent 8008G DeskPhone (8008G).
• Alcatel-Lucent 8008 DeskPhone (8008).
The labels and icons displayed depend on the type and the skin of the set. The label is not displayed if
the corresponding feature is not configured on your telephone system. Depending on the size of the
display, some labels may be truncated. All labels are displayed in color and are italicized. This icon
