Introduction
Your system offers a wide range of services and features. To activate a feature while in communication, enter
the feature code directly. For information on the features codes list, contact your installer or administrator. The
operation of your phone depends on its single or multi-line installation. By default, your set is installed as a
single-line set. For more information regarding this configuration, contact the person in charge of your
installation.

Mute, so that your caller cannot hear you
During the call, you do not wish your caller to hear you.

Putting a caller on hold
During a conversation, you wish to place the call on hold and recover it later, on the same telephone.

Spk on Activate loudspeaker
Spk off Deactivate loudspeaker
You are on a call
Mute Mute mode is activated. Your caller can no longer hear you
Unmute Your caller hears you again.
You are in conversation with one caller
Enter the feature code: Enquiry call
The call is placed on hold
You are in conversation with one caller
The call is placed on hold
Recover the call on hold : Follow the same procedure.
