Delete the current message.
• Lock message Touch to lock/unlock the message so it can't/can
be deleted if you reach maximum number of stored
messages.

4.1.3 Adjust message settings
You can adjust a set of message settings. From Messaging application
screen, touch and touch Settings.
• SMS enabled Touch to change your default SMS app.
• Quick text Touch to add or edit quick text.

messages
Select to delete old messages when the maximum
number of stored messages is reached.
• Text message

Touch to set the number of text messages to be
saved per conversation.
• Multimedia
message limit
Touch to set the number of multimedia messages to
be saved per conversation.
Notification
• Notifications Mark the checkbox to display message notifications
in the status bar.
• Select ringtone Touch to select a ringtone as a new message
notification tone.
• Vibrate Touch to activate vibrate mode as a notification when
receiving a new message.
• Beep when on
an active call
Mark the checbox to have the phone beep when a
new message is received on an active call.

Cell broadcast settings
• Cell broadcast Mark the checkbox to enable receipt of cell broadcast
messages.

Touch to select CB ringtone when device receives cell
broadcast messages.

Mark the checkbox to enable CB LED indicator.
• Enable light up
screen
Mark the checkbox to light up the screen when
receiving cell broadcast.
• Vibrate Touch to activate vibrate mode as a notification when
receiving a new cell broadcast.
