3�1�4 Managing multiple calls
With this phone you can handle multiple calls at the same time.
Swap calls
When you accept two calls, touch Swap, you can now switch between two
lines. The current call is put on hold and you have joined in the other call.
Conference calls

To set up a conference call:
• Place a call to the first participant of the conference call.
• Touch the Menu key, select Add call.
• Enter the phone number of the person you want to add to the conference
and touch icon Call. You can also add participants from People or Call log.
• Touch the icon to start a conference call.
• Touch End to end the conference call and disconnect all callers.
3�1�5 Call settings
Touch the Menu key from dial screen, then touch Settings, the following
options are available:
Incoming call volume
Phone ringtone Touch to select incoming call ringtone.
Vibrate when ringing Mark the checkbox to enable vibration when
phone is ringing.

Other call setting
Voicemail Touch to select voicemail service, sound, setup
voicemail number, etc.
Speaker on Mark the checkbox, the speaker will be on
when the call is answered.
Power key ends call Mark the checkbox enable pressing Power key
during a call ends call.
Vibrate after
connecting
Mark the checkbox to enable vibration when
the call is connected.
Dial pad touch tones Mark the checkbox, there is a sound when
touch dial pad.
Quick responses Touch to edit quick responses which will be
used when you reject a call with messages.
Dual mic noise
reduction
Mark the checkbox to turn on dual mic for
noise reduction.
TTY mode Touch to turn on/off TTY and select TTY mode.
Hearing aids Mark the checkbox to turn on the hearing aid
compatibility.
DTMF tones Touch to select the length of DTMF tones.
Call forwarding Touch to set when forward your incoming call.
Voice privacy Mark the checkbox to enable enhanced privacy
mode.
