8. USING YOUR TELEPHONE WITH MULTIPLE HANDSETS
8.1 USING THE INTERCOM FEATURE
Calling an internal handset
Press .

Duo version: the handset automatically calls the other handset.

Trio version: enter the number of the internal handset you want to call.
To call all internal handsets
Press followed by .
Answering an internal call
When you receive an internal call, the number of the calling handset is displayed along with INTERCOM.
Press to answer.
To hang up at the end of the call, press .
8.2 TRANSFERRING AN OUTSIDE CALL TO ANOTHER HANDSET / SHUTTLING
CALLS
To pass a call over to another handset
Press .
Enter the number of the handset you want to call (Trio version only: with the Duo, the other handset is called
automatically). The external correspondent is placed on hold.
When the other handset answers, press to transfer the call.
If the other handset doesn't answer, press again to retrieve the external correspondent.
