8.3 THREE-WAY CONFERENCE (2 INTERNAL PARTIES AND ONE EXTERNAL)
You can talk with an internal correspondent and an external correspondent at the same time.
When you are on the line with an external correspondent:
Press .
Enter the number of the handset you want to call (Trio version only: with the Duo, the other handset is called
automatically). The external correspondent is placed on hold.
When the other handset answers, press for 2 seconds until the word CONFERENCE appears on
the screen.
If the other handset doesn't answer, press to retrieve the external correspondent.
8.4 ANSWERING AN OUTSIDE CALLER DURING AN INTERCOM CALL
When you are in intercom mode with another handset, you can still take outside calls.
To pick up a call:
Press .

The intercom call is interrupted.
Press .

You are put through to the outside caller.
