Return Inspection Report
When preparing for a court case, it may be necessary to inspect the client’s bracelet for
external or internal damage. In addition to a physical inspection, if damage is suspected,
contact AMS to request this report. AMS performs diagnostics tests to determine if any
internal hardware has been damaged. The inspection results are then documented on the
Return Inspection Report and can be used by the court to prosecute the offender or to bill
the client for equipment damage. Refer to the SCRAM Program Participant Agreement
on page 102 for details regarding possible replacement costs.
