10. PBX access code
If your ALCOM Premium Colombo Combo is connected to a switchboard, you
may need to enter an access code for an outside line, e.g. 9, before you dial
a number. You can save this access code in your handset and it will be added
automatically each time you dial a number from the phonebook, redial list or
calls list.
1. Press « Menu », scroll
to « Settings » and press « Select ».
2. « Set Handset » is highlighted. Press « Select ».
3. Scroll
to « PBX Access Code » and press « Select ».
4. Scroll
or to « On », « Off » or « Set Code ». Press « Select » to confirm.
If you select « Set code », enter the switchboard access code e.g. 9, then
press « Save ».
5. Press
to return to standby.
You can change some of the settings on the telephone base from the cordless
handset.
11. Dialling mode
Your ALCOM Premium Colombo Combo product is set to Tone dialling. You
should not normally need to change this setting. The dial mode options are
Tone or Pulse.

12. Ring priority
Your ALCOM Premium Colombo Combo product is set so that when you
receive an incoming call the telephone base and the cordless handset will
ring at the same time. With ‘Ring priority’ if you have more than one cordless
