To answer a call
1. When the handset and base unit ring:

Making calls from the redial list

Muting the mouthpiece
1. Press " " button to mute the mouthpiece
While the mouthpiece is muted the person on the other end of the call can not
"MUTE" and you can not dial any numbers.
2. Press " " button again to un-mute the mouthpiece, and the handset
shows "LINE IN USE"
You can store up to 150 numbers in each handset’s Phone Book (memory). Each
number can have up to 20 digits, and you can store a name of up to 12 characters
with the number. (If you try to store more, the handset will give a brief warning tone
and the extra letter/number will not be saved in memory.)
How to enter character
To use the characters you press on the button where you
see the character e.g. if you want to insert the letter

AA then you
will have to wait for the first "A" to stop

abut this will only work if you subscribe to CID (see page 11).
