You need to operate the base and handset together:
1. On the handset, press
"PHONEBOOK"

7. At the same time, on the base, press
"PHONEBOOK"

to select a base number (BASE 1, 2,3 or 4)

"PIN ?"
Key in the 4 digit PIN code for the base - the CC2300 default PIN code is 0000.
6. Press
to confirm, display will flash "SEARCHING 1" (or 2,3,4)
9. Press base

"SEARCHING" will flash on base display
To de-register a handset
You may need to do this if you need to replace a faulty handset. Call the
line if you need more advice. There are two ways to de-register a handset as below:
If the handset already has a registration to a base there is a "+" on the right side
of the display, and you should choose another base number if you don't want to
lose that one.
After a short delay, if the registration is successful, there will be a confirmation beep,
and the handset display will go back to idle mode with the new handset number
shown (e.g. HS1, HS2). The base display will also go back to idle mode.
To select a base:

"SELECT BASE"

to confirm, and the display shows the present linked
base number, e.g "BASE 1 +"
6. Press or to select which base you want the handset to link
7. Press
to confirm the base. The display will show "SEARCHING 1" (or 2,3,4) and
Press
*
with (BASE 1,2,3,4 or AUTO).
Note: the handset will only link with base numbers followed by a "+".
to go back to idle mode at any time.
The handset can be registered to more than one base (up to a maximum of 4), and
you can select which base you want the handset to operate with.
If you select "AUTO" the handset will link with the first of the registered bases that it finds.
there will be a short delay until the handset finds the base and the display returns to idle.
