Powering on the Printer
4. Move Printer Mode Switch to the disc position.
5. Load blank discs.
Note: The RoboJet Disc Autoloader can process up to 100 standard discs. However, Aleratec
HydroGuard inkjet printable discs have a special printable surface that resists moisture, smears
and smudges, and is slightly thicker than standard discs. As a result, the unit can only process
up to 85 HydroGuard discs before completed discs in the output bin must be removed. Some
types of discs are also “stickier” than others, especially when taken from a brand new spindle.
It often helps to “fan” these discs prior to loading them into the Autoloader (briey separate
each individual disc from the one above and below it on the spindle).
6. Now you are ready to print discs!
