Troubleshooting
1. Autoloadernotbeingdetected.
▪ Make sure that both the printer and Autoloader are connected to
the computer using the included USB2.0
hub and that they are connected to
the correct hub ports.
2. Discisloading,butnothingisgettingprinted.
▪ There is a problem with your printer installation. Check to make
sure that your printer is being detected properly and that you can
print from it. Make sure the Autoloader unit is positioned correctly
(see page 3).
3. Epson“CD/DVDtraynotsetcorrectly”warningmessageappears
whenprinting.
▪ This is normal.
