9. Placehangersintrack
a) Slidetheassembledhangersintothetrack,ensuringthetrackisclean
andfreeofdebris.

10. Installthedoor
a) Insertthehangingboltintothedoorhangerplates,startingwiththe
onenearesttothepocketdoorframe.
b) Usingthesuppliedwrench,adjusttheboltuntilthedoorreachesits
properheight.
c) Itisrecommendedthatthedoorbeplacedinsidethe
frameinsteadof
thedooropeningtofacilitateadjustmentofthehangerwheels.
d) Ensurethedoorislevelandplumbwiththegapjambs.Tightenthe
lockingnutontheadjustingboltwiththewrenchtosecureits
position.

11. Installdoorjamb
a) Measureupfromfloortoheaderendpiece.Cutjambtotherequired
length.
b) Placejambintoopeningandshimattoptoensurethatitcomesinto
contactwiththeheadergapjamb.Nailthejambinplaceatthetop,
intothe
roughstud.
c) Closedooruntilitcomesintocontactwithjamb.Shimthejambdown
thestuduntilitisplumbwiththedoor.Then,continuetonailjamb
intoplace.

12. Drywall
a) Ensurethatamaximumof1”drywallscrewsareusedtosecurethe
drywallinplace.Itisimportantthatthescrewsdonotpiercethrough
thecrosspieceswhichcouldmarkthedoor.
b) Measuretofindthelocationofthewidestpartofthecrosspieces;

thisiswhereyouwillneedtoinsertthedrywallscrews.Payspecial
attentiontoscrewintothewood.
c) Ensurethatthedrywalliscutback,exposingthemetalstiffener–the
drywallmustnotcoverthestiffener.

