Attention assist
Part of the driver information system; the attention
assist analyses driving behaviour using a range of
sensors and warns if anything indicates that the driver
is starting to become inattentive. Steering movements
and switch/pedal actuation are recorded, for example,
and compared with the individual driving patterns
of the respective driver. Attention assist warns the
driver by means of a display in the driver information
system and an acoustic signal. The system is active
from 65 km/h and can be deactivated at any time via
the car menu

A high-resolution colour display provides you with
information from the trip computer, auto check system,
MMI system display items, front brake wear indicator,
clock and digital speed display. The colour display is
also used to indicate the current gear in vehicles with
manual transmission. The integrated efficiency
program assists you with consumption data overviews,
display of additional consumers, enlarged current gear
display and fuel-saving tips for economical driving,
including attention assist
